What we collect

When you purchase a LeetAssist license, we collect your email address and payment transaction ID. That is all.

How we use your email

Your email address is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Delivering your license key after purchase.
• License key recovery if you lose your key and contact support.

We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional content. We do not sell, share, or provide your email address to any third party.

Desktop application

The LeetAssist desktop app processes screenshots and audio locally on your device. When you submit a query, your screenshot or audio is sent directly to the AI model provider for processing. We do not store, log, or have access to your screenshots, audio recordings, or AI responses.

API keys and credentials

Your API key is stored encrypted on your device using your operating system's secure credential storage (macOS Keychain, Windows DPAPI, or Linux libsecret). It is never transmitted to our servers after initial license validation.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (Razorpay for Indian users, Whop for international users). We do not store your payment card details. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle your payment data.

Data retention

License records (email, license key, expiration date) are retained for the duration of the license plus 30 days for support purposes, then permanently deleted.
